So this was a crazy week for me. I had taken a rest day on Monday (Labor Day) so I had to make up for my missed Doubles Friday from week 7 and my Monday workout. So, here was my doubles week:
Tuesday: RipT Circuit and Speed 2.0
Wednesday: Core Cardio and Upper Focus
Thursday: Speed 2.0 and RipT Circuit
Friday: Dynamic Core and Speed 2.0
I was able to make it through my second RipT Circuit with 10s and 12s, which is awesome. I am hoping I can increase weights in Upper Focus next week (although those Arnold presses are tough!). I've also learned that I should always do Speed 2.0 last since it makes me such a sweaty mess.
In all, it was a tough but amazing week. I definitely got used to the bit of extra sleep and with the shorter days it was very hard to wake up. But it felt so good and I felt so accomplished after my workout each morning.
It was important for me to set that goal to get back on track. It is way too easy to skip workouts and never really get back in it.
I am getting excited for gamma!!! Next week I will be taking t25 with me on the road - we are going to Disney World. :)
