RipT Circuit in the books yesterday. I nailed the workout even though I started out a little shaky. I felt strong and am happy to keep improving my form little by little.
Today was Upper Focus. I was definitely a little tight in my chest today (probably from the brutally slow push-ups from yesterday) but I made it, usually mostly 10s (I used 8s for a bit). My wrist is not 100 per cent but it is holding up, thankfully. I am loving the strength work in beta and I can feel my core getting stronger too.
