Today was my first time through Rip'T Circuit. I am not sure what I was expecting but this was not it. It is an amazing workout though. Unlike the other workouts, there are no repeated exercises. Instead, each exercise is done for a full minute. And it is the first workout in T25 with weights (I used 10s, which felt a little heavy, especially with my wrist pain). The most difficult move for me were the slow push-ups with about 4 minutes left. But I dug deep and nailed it! Woohoo. I am loving Beta round so far! Have a great day!
