Whew! This morning was my first time through Speed 2.0. It was a wild ride but so much fun! It was fast paced with so many fun moves. The format on this was different, like core speed, where you run through the exercises in order a few times, with each time through for a shorter time. There are two series and they are combined into one long and fast ending sequence. This may be my favorite, at least so far.
My AMAZEBALLS T arrived yesterday! I am pretty pumped about that too!
