The first Beta workout was Core Cardio. I LOVED it. I definitely have room for improvement and the workout is kind of a blur but the 25 minutes really flew this morning and I loved every minute of it. There are a lot of leg exercises in the beginning lunges/squats) and the entire workout is built around engaging the core (the FOCUS in Beta is core). I am loving T25 so far. Even more so after I took my measurements this morning -- most things stayed the same but I lost 2 inches in my hips in 5 weeks. Holy cow!!! This program is AWESOME!
