Today was Ab Intervals. I also had wanted to wake up early to get in Stretch. However, I was lucky to get out of bed. Going to bed at 2am, my body rejected my alarm at 5:30 but with 4 hours of sleep I managed to drag myself out of bed on this dark rainy morning for one workout at least!
I pretty much nailed Ab Intervals except for that crazy pike up type exercise at the end. My legs/hip flexors wanted no more of that but otherwise I stayed in it strong with better form than before. And my wrist held up! I think I have another go at this one Friday and I hope to knock it out of the park!
