Today was Total Body Circuit. I have been having wrist issues so I avoided TBC last week to heal. I did not completely nail it this time but did pretty well considering. I had trouble with the low plank obliques (I could say it was due to increased load on my wrist but it was also grueling) and I forgot about the floor sprints so I stood up with a minute and a half to go, which was a little extra break. I of course got down and did the floor sprints, just with that little relief beforehand.
My legs were definitely tight and a wee bit sore this morning. I hope to get in Stretch tomorrow to work through some of this tightness. I cannot believe next week is already Beta round. I am ready for it!
