It is finally the end of a crazy week. My daughter was very sick all week with a bad cold and strep but is back at school today and feeling much better. I got most of my workouts in but had a lot of trouble getting out of bed today. I didn't have a lot of time and when I finally dragged myself out of bed I decided to do Core Speed from t25. It was much faster than the other speed workouts (I have done it before but forgot how fast it is) and my legs were not in the mood when we started (pure cardio definitely took a toll on me yesterday). But when I got into the swing of things, I crushed it. I had a lot of fun this morning and definitely got my sweat on. Such a great way to start the day!
