This morning I started my workout practicing PiYo for possible teaching gigs. I am definitely getting more comfortable with these workouts and I really love the fusion of yoga and Pilates in a strength workout. It's amazing.
I also decided to try T25 Speed 2.0 with the agility ladder. All I can say is Wow! It really adds a new dimension to the workout because you have to not onlyive fast, but also focus on not hitting the ladder which means a greater range of motion (for me at least). There were definitely some moves for which I decided to step out of the ladder but my legs definitely felt a different kind of burn this morning and it feels amazing.
Following it up with a chocolate vegan Shakeology was a perfect way to start my day.
