This morning I decided to mix things up a bit. I had about 40 minutes so more time than a 25 workout but not enough for a double or most Asylum 2 workouts. So I decided to do A2 Pure Contact (I LOVE this one) and try Body Beast with the bonus Lucky 7 workout. What a great morning. I was very happy with Pure Contact - my pike ups are much better and I did not take any breaks (can definitely improve on form though). And Body Beast is a lot of fun. Not what I expected (I am not sure what I expected). The workout was a great mix of weighted exercises to work the whole body. There were 7 exercise combos, done with up to 7 reps (do each one was done 28 times total). The counts were a little fast for me but I mostly stayed in it. I think I will need a curl bar though because my flat bar from Les Mills Pump was not so great for my wrist. Now the big question is how will I integrate Body Beast into my workout schedule! Decisions, decisions!
