This week I have gotten back into Asylum 2. I think this is my favorite program overall. I am not sure why but I love it. I am still sore in my shoulders and core from X trainer on Tuesday and Upper Elite yesterday. Today was Power Legs. I held my own the whole time and felt great. My legs were definitely burning! I followed it up with some vegan chocolate Shakeology and now I am ready to start my day. Bring it on!
