Happy new year! Yesterday, I slept in to celebrate the new year.. The problem for me with sleeping in is that when I do and my kids are home for the day, I do not get my workout in. :(
This morning I had trouble waking up early enough for a double workout so I just did X3 The Challenge (alternating pull ups and push ups the whole time). Yikes, my arms are spent as is evidenced by my first attempt to mix my Shakeology this morning (as you can see it was on the floor). My second attempt was successful but I forgot to take a pic. :)
I am about to listen to Day 1 of chalene's push challenge...
